Being totally self-contained and cottages as well as spacious independent rooms. Amply catering to individual segments and also larger groups, Aircod has double or triple bed accommodations or larger single cottages, to suit your requirements. Aircod also comprises of a conference building with two halls, that have a seating capacity of around 25 individuals each. The halls can be used in varied forms, from having group seminars, discussions and training to simply just mingling or socialising.

Avishkar on the ground floor is more in the traditional Indian style with sitting arrangements on the floor. On the other hand for Abhaya, which is on the first floor the arrangement, are made as per the desire of the clients. Chairs and tables being provided for whenever necessary, Inculcating a more corporate ambience. Adharshila surrounded by ornamental green lawns and rows of fruit trees, is a scrumptious dinning hall that boasts of wholesome vegetarian food.

The food served is mostly sourced from the organically grown produce available on campus. An ideal getaway, Aircod also provides recreational facilities for the little ones and all those still young at heart. From a swimming pool, slides and swings on the one hand to a beautiful lily pond on the other. The blooming lily pads graced by beautiful white swans make it all the more alluring.

On a more serious note, Aircod also has a meditation hall known Vipassana, where one can find solitude and may be even 9ndulge in a bit of soul-searching. The entire set-up, adding not only to its aesthetic appeal, but also amply providing an atmosphere that triggers off questions and speculations that any individual looking for answers, will be able to delve into. Perspective

Conflict is an inevitable & inherent aspect of life- individual or community. Unfortunately, often it is viewed as unpleasant, is the most unwanted, frequently, it is equated with violence, destruction, dimension element of life. However, conflict when placed in proper perspective could be a great source of learning, understanding and peace. The hey lies in identifying the intricate elements of conflict becoming aware of their multi- dimensional nature. This places the person in observer mode, provides a larger perspective, which leads to harmonious balance of thinking & feeling, culminating in shifting conflict into an exhilarating of learning experience.

The Process The Training Will Explore Objectives of the course For Whom Themes Covered Nature of Training

This is the international course on "Resolving Conflict" conducted by THREAD (team for human resource education and action for development) one of the six siddharth village - a chain of HRD and healing institutes in India. The course is highly intensive, experiential, and therapeutic. Action reflection and process work/laboratory approach form the base for the methodologies. This course creates opportunity for members to explore and understand their own mind-sets and normal responses to life, conflict, and organisation through two weeks living and learning experiences with the members from different creed and culture.
